REFUNDS

You can request A refund:

Within 7 calendar days after delivery if the product has an obvious manufacturing defect before operation. 

10% restocking charge


A refund will not be provided where:
1, The product was found damaged but didn't refuse to collect and return to courier on the spot;
2, The refund was requested beyond 7 calendars days of delivery;
3, product sent back for refund does not include all the original accessories,attachments and packing,any item is not in new or like-new condition,i.e with cracks,dents or scratches;
4, Any crash or burnt damage caused by non-manufacturing factors,damages caused by unauthorized modification, disassembly not in accordance with official instructions or manuals,
5,product labels,serial numbers,waterproof marks,false proof marks etc. show signs of tampering or alteration.
6.Damage was caused on the product by irresistible factors out of human control ,including fire,flood,heavy winds and lightning strike.
7.Corresponding product has not been send back to FPV Racing Hobbies within 7 calendar days after refund confirmation from FPV Racing Hobbies.
8.The date of activation exceeds 30 days after the date of delivery.


RETURNS / REPLACEMENT

 You can request to replace a product you purchased from FPV Racing Hobbies 

 a. Within 7 calendar days of delivery if the product has no manufacturing defect, does include all the original accessories,attachments packaging,any items not in new or like-new condition,i.e.with cracks,dents or scratches and is still in new or like-new condition for second sale.

 b. Within 15 calendar days of delivery if the product has obvious manufacturing defect without usage;

 c. Within 15 calendar days of delivery if the product cannot be started up normally according to instructions from Manual & Technical support, or quality issue caused by non artificial factors;

 d. Quality issue occurs again after replacement under the unartificial circumstance;

 e. Within 15 calendar days of delivery if the product has sustained substantial damage in transit;

 f. Products purchased does not match with the original description of the product in one or more significant respects.


A replacement will not be provided within 15 calendar days of the purchase where: 

 a. The replacement was requested beyond 15 calendars days of delivery; 

 b.Legal Proof-of-purchase or receipts are not provided, or are reasonably believed to have been forged or tampered with;

 c. Product was found damaged but didn’t refuse to collect and return to courier for replacement on the spot of delivery;

 d. Product sent back for replacement does not include all original accessories, attachments and packaging, or contained items are damaged by user’s error. 

 e. Product is found no manufacturing defects after appropriate tests are conducted by FPV Racing Hobbies or Swellpro Technical Support. 

 f. Any product fault or damage has been caused by unauthorized use or modification of the product, including exposure to moisture, entry of foreign bodies (water, oil, sand, etc.), or improper installation or operation violates procedures in manual. 

 g. Product labels, serial numbers, waterproof marks, false proof marks etc. show signs of tampering or alteration.

 h. Damage was caused on the product by irresistible factors out of human control, including fire, flood, heavy winds and lightning strike. 

 i. Corresponding product has not been sent back to FPV Racing Hobbies within 7 calendar days after replacement confirmation from FPV Racing Hobbies. 

 j. The date of activation exceeds 30 days after the date of delivery.
